Summit View is a 167-unit, garden-style apartment community located in Forth Worth, Texas. At acquisition, the property was an REO which the owner filled with Section 8 tenants. Catalyst was able to convert the property to market rate residents and in the process upgraded 72% of the units. The property also received: a renovated office, club house, fitness and business center.
